Information about the transfer date of the annual General meeting (the decision of the Shareholder) and the timeframe for the publication of the annual financial statements of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" in 2019 and the interim financial statements for the 1st quarter of 2020.

      To comply with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine from 30.03.2020 No. 540-IX "On amendments to some legislative acts aimed at ensuring additional social and economic guarantees in connection with the distribution of coronary disease (COVID-19)" the Annual General meeting of shareholders of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" (a decision by a Shareholder on the results of fiscal year 2019) to be made in time not later than three months after the date of completion of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to prevent the spread on the territory of Ukraine coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The date, time and venue to be determined in accordance to the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.

      The Supervisory Board (minutes No. 2020-09 from 30.04.2020 years) addressed the issue of postponement of the adoption and promulgation of the annual financial statements of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" in 2019, and the interim financial statements of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" for the first quarter of 2020 and the decision to consider the annual financial report JSC BANK "TRUST-CAPITAL" in 2019 after confirming the external auditor the results of annual audits of financial statements of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" in 2019. The management Board of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" to provide for the submission to the Supervisory Board the annual financial report of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" in 2019, together with the opinion of the external auditor. The management Board of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" to ensure that the interim financial statements for the 1st quarter of 2020. for review and approval by the Supervisory Board to 29.06.2020 g.. the Board should ensure that state regulatory bodies, the competence of which falls under supervision of the Bank's compliance with the legislation on the procedure of publication of information on the results of activities of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" for fiscal year 2019 and Q1 2020, including the provision of information by the Issuer of securities, in the terms defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
