               The National Bank launched a website about the work of the financial system during the war

   On March 31, the National Bank of Ukraine presented the "Financial Defense of Ukraine" site, which tells about the peculiarities of the provision of financial services by banks and non-bank financial institutions during the war. The site contains the main issues that arise now on consumers of financial services, and exhaustive answers to them from the regulator.

   The site consists of six main sections: UAH, foreign currency, cards, loans, deposits, insurance and additional seventh, which collected issues regarding the provision of the remaining financial services.

   "February 24, to ensure reliable and stable functioning of the financial system of the country during the war, the National Bank changed the rules for providing separate financial services, introduced administrative restrictions. These changes were not the only ones. On the site and in social networks of the NBU, we are informing citizens about all innovations that began to operate during the war. Additionally, for the convenience of citizens, we decided to develop a site that will collect all information about the latest changes in the financial services market ", - said the director of the Department of Communications of the National Bank of Ukraine Galina Kalachov.

   On the site you can find out, in particular, limits for foreign and national currency operations during the military status in Ukraine, the purchase and sale of foreign currency, the export of values ​​abroad. Also, you can get information on how to re-send a payment card to do with a loan if it is not possible to pay it if you can take a deposit, how to protect your payment fraud, whether it is possible to benefit from insurance cases, as department of banks and other.

   Information collected on the "Financial Defense of Ukraine" website will be useful both for citizens who are in Ukraine and for temporarily relocated abroad Ukrainians.
