This training course was developed with the support of experts of the program of development of the financial sector (USAID/FINREP-II) and consists of two modules. The task of the first module "Banking products and services - to explain how the financial system works and banks in particular. After completing this module, users will be familiar with the benefits of service in the Bank, types of Bank accounts and the procedure of their opening, legal rights and responsibilities of consumers of banking services. The second module of the course focuses on the system of guaranteeing deposits of individuals. after Reading it, users will know which contributions are reimbursed by the Fund, understand what steps you need to do in order to get a guaranteed refund on Deposit if the Bank becomes insolvent. The course materials contain links to the texts of the relevant articles of laws. After each module there are tests to check knowledge and explanations used in the materials of the time.
