Depositary institution services

JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" operates on the basis of License to carry out Depositary activities on the stock market - Depository
institutions (License series AE № 286715 of 12 November 2013).

The License confirms the long-term plans for the development of Depository business of JSC "BANK TRUST-CAPITAL" and provide customers
with quality service maintenance of securities accounts.


Full scope Depository servicing provides to the legal and physical persons on the basis of agreements
on servicing securities accounts, namely:

• Opening account for corporate and government securities.
• Providing holders of securities of statements after each transaction and reports on the movement of securities for a specified period on request.
• Records of transfer of ownership of securities.
• Informing the client on all corporate actions of the Issuer whose securities are registered in the customer's account and providing any information received from Issuer and Depository.
• Participation in shareholders meetings on behalf of the client.
• Receiving income on securities held in the account of the holder of the securities in the Depository institution, with subsequent transfer to the account of the owner.
• Providing information and consulting services on securities circulation in the National Depositary system of Ukraine.
