We inform you that the Law of Ukraine on December 20, 2016 № 1791-VIII "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine to ensure the balance of revenue in 2017" amended the Law of Ukraine" On collecting the mandatory state pension insurance "(hereinafter - the Law), which repealed provision for payment of duty on obligatory state pension insurance when making transactions with individuals buying foreign currency in cash.

The law comes into force on 1 January 2017.
